I was on the team screen at the beginning of the mission when an invite to another team came up and I accidently accepted so it booted me from the team, as the mission was starting, put me in the new team and blocked me from starting another Havoc mission till the last one was finished. I found the original team and couldn’t join as it was giving me the same message. ( I don’t even know where the new invite came from. I don’t recall sending another invite)
Happened one time.

Haven’t tried to reproduce it yet. I don’t want to mess with people’s team.
