So as you’ve probably been told by many others, the imperial edition for the game you can buy, I got from the Microsoft store just yesterday, however, none of the items (nor the aquilas) have shown up at all yet, even tho I’ve tried just about everything that others have, restarting the game, uninstalling and reinstalling, waiting for a few hours to a day, and that’s is about it. My last and very last solution is to just ask for your guys’ help.

Ah alright, thank you, I’ll just continue to wait considering I’m not to worried about getting it quick I just hope it’ll come through soon.
Unfortunately, the purchase is not appearing anywhere on our end and we suspect it may be an issue on Microsoft’s part. Would you be able to reach out to Microsoft Support?
Actually I do have something to mention, the email I’m using isn’t the one I use for the game itself, that email is my brothers old one, it’s [redacted], that should be where the proof of purchase is, sorry for not including it.
Hey Skarlet, I’ve redacted the email address to protect your privacy. Unfortunately we’re not able to locate purchases via email address anyway, but it will be of use to Microsoft Support.

Well never mind, I finally got it to work by just downloading warhammer on my Xbox instead and launching it on there, so I finally got the items. So again, thank you for the help anyway.
