HARD LOCK WELL OF DREAMS: Can't progress without active lever

HARD LOCK: cannot progress in Well of Dreams.

All three bells are downed in the Ruined Sanctum and the lever doesn’t activate to allow opening the door and progressing. Throughout the mission the counter for the bells doesn’t increment and doesn’t display the next bell to target for client at least.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

Play the Well of Dreams. Progress up the platform to the ruined sanctum and destroy the bells. The lever doesn’t activate preventing progress.
