Chaos enemies (specials, hordes, elites) can spawn on The Well of Dreams map

Also, there is no option ‘The Well of Dreams’ in the ‘Level Name’ list on the bug report page

  1. Play ‘The Well of Dreams’

Yes, and I’ve tried disabling them

Common (<50%)
