Hair Textures are Whack/Missing

Issue Description:

Certain hair texture appear to be clipping at the roots into the skull, or are otherwise missing.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Play as Ogyrn or any other class with certain hairstyles
2. Look at hair closer
3. Cry
