Issue Description:
Respawn totem right before the airlock to the first quarantine zone teleports captured players to the one inside the zone when living players cross the stairs, preventing revive.
I bet this is not the first hundredth report on this.

Steps to Reproduce:
Die and respawn on Hab Dreyko before the team crosses the stairs to airlock.
