Little update, it happened again in the same condition in heresy this time (T4) High Shock Trooper Gauntlet on the same map (Hab Dreyko).
After we passed through the first airlock, we started first Servo-skull Scan Event (with 3 floors) and additional Special Spawn stoped for the entire remaining game.
Here is the log file, it is the LAST GAME I did so it should be at the end of the file, I guess ?
