Issue Description: I noticed this was reported in December and unfortunately this is still happening. I was in Refinery Delta (damnation difficulty) and a gunner started shooting me from the floor below.
Steps to Reproduce:
Specifically this was in “The Crawls”
- Play Refinery Delta
- Navigate to the Crawls (after the event)
- RNG if gunner spawns in lower floor
- If it aggros to you, it will shoot through the walls/ground
