personally, i believe that vet having a grenade launcher would make them much more fun and allow for the most absolutely hilarious moments, i recommend it be the Cadian pattern grenade launcher, giving it 6-7 shots and one extra mags with of ammo, each lil ammo giving one grenade and every bag giving 2-3 grenades, could also give us a voss pattern launcher instead if the cadian isn’t fitting enough. as for the eyepatch, i think a black one for the right eye would be best because it wouldn’t keep the righthanded vet from aiming and it would also look cool as hell in black.
the fact that there are multiple guns with underbarrel flashlights and no grenade launchers or shotguns is a seperate heading of grudges altogether; the compendium of Miltarum letters from the front.

the fact that you didn’t try to say anything about ogryn being the only one who should have a grenade launcher or zealot and ogryn being the only ones who should have an eyepatch is somewhat weird. but anyway, i agree with this, there should be underbarrel attachments that aren’t the flashlight.
I don’t think anyone should monopolize fun. They’ve made Ogryn suitably enjoyable enough for me without explosions. I wouldn’t want anyone to have access to those exclusively.
Grenades are a huge part of the guard. As for eye patch cosmetics, well they’d have to make some that turn my head first. Just lazily slapping an eye patch on doesn’t do it for me.

honestly i completely agree, its why i made a post about giving vet a sword and shield, why should ogryn have all the fun?
If you are right handed, you use your right eye for aiming.
So the opposite of what you said, is the case.

Have these already appeared in 40k ? I don’t remember those, Plasma underbarrel yes, but not RL grenade launcher ones.
Vet getting a Grenade Launcher could work, but having grenades like the Grenade launcher, and not the Rumbler, due to their greater access to ammo regeneration
