Issue Summary: If someone dies on the final troll fight after ringing the bell, they respawn at the bridge of shadows, preventing the party from continuing since you require all 4 players to be at the door to open it for some reason.
Steps to Reproduce:
- fight troll
- someone dies
- GG map bugged out, everyone quit

Additional Information: Fixed all the bugs in the last beta my arse.
How to fix - make them respawn in the boss room, or make the door open with only one person.
