Game stutters and crashes even with upgraded hardware

Hello! Recently Ive upgraded my pc components to better meet the demands of this game. I also did a clean windows install.
My current specs are
AMD Ryzen 5 5600x
Powercolor AMD RX 6600XT 8g
MSI B550 MAX WIFI

I constantly get stutters that happen when a horde spawns or a section of the map
Loads in. Stutters are typically followed by a disconnect error 2001, 2003 and 2007. Reconnecting may take several attempts and it still ends up crashing. These issue started after the update that added camo cosmetics, weeklies etc.

I have ran integrity checks and all is in order. All my other games work perfectly.

I have lowered my setting to minimal and I still get constant crashes and stutters. They tend to occur every 5 mins or depending on horde spawns and map advancement
