We’ve reviewed your crash data, and it appears that the game stopped responding for 20 seconds while trying to load game assets from your drive - which caused the game to shutdown. It doesn’t appear to be an account data or server issue.

I recommend:

  • Ensure your GPU drivers are up-to-date
  • Try uninstalling your current GPU drivers using a dedicated driver removal tool e.g. DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) and then reinstall clean latest drivers
  • Try verifying integrity of game files in Steam:
  1. Right-click Darktide in your Steam library sidebar
  2. Select ‘Properties’
  3. Select the ‘Local Files’ tab
  4. Select the ‘Verify the Integrity of Game Files’ button
  5. When complete, close and reopen Steam

If the above fails, next try a clean reinstallation of Darktide which involves deleting your AppData (please note custom settings e.g. graphics, keybinds etc. will be reset):
