Game crash error, I need help!

Prior to this my computer was able to run the game perfectly, but I am now getting into the game ready to select a character and a crash occurs. Also I have tested it on this computer using another steam account and it runs perfectly. I found out that I may have switched to the beta before this and that is causing the problem!

I will attach the crash log below, hopefully it will be resolved, thank you very much!

@Wdskull, it appears that your account data has become corrupted somehow. Not to worry, I’ve requested for one of our backend developers to repair this for you. I’ll be back in touch once this has been completed.

When is this issue usually resolved? Does the client need to do anything? Please contact me if it’s done.
