Game constantly freezing and poor performance

Issue Description (Required):

Both on mourningstar and in missions the audio will cut out and the game will freeze for a couple seconds, I am also having performance issues with the game shuttering whenever I play missions.

Attempted Solutions (Optional):

I’ve verified game files and lowered graphic settings but it didn’t seem to help.
