Game constantly crushes

Game constantly crushes for my friend. Usually it happens after starting it from launcher, but sometimes he manages to join the game for something like 2 minutes. He tried to reinstall game, reinstall easy anticheat, reset settings and all other things mentioned in [PC] How to Resolve Most Crashes – Fatshark

Hello, is he using Avast, AVG, SpyBot or 360 Total Security Anti-Virus?
