I received a Flamer at the end of a failed mission. However, upon returning to the hub, the Flamer was not in my inventory. There were, however, two weapons that had been previously discarded before I hopped into the round.

I don’t know if any steps can be repeated. Fail a mission and receive a reward, I suppose?

I do not remember the mission’s name, but I remember it being the mission involving the cryonic rods.

Update: Turns out, I misunderstood what I had received. I merely unlocked flamers; I did not actually earn one.

This is not a bug, simply an error in reading.
