Frequent crash whenever switching tabs in post-match scoreboard

Issue Description (Required):

Pretty frequent crash (about every 4th-5th game) that is occuring to me for about 3 patches now and through a reinstall.

Whenever the game ends and the post-game level-up screen shows I usually press E key to switch tabs right away to just check the scoreboard, it starts the transition to the scoreboard, freezes in the middle of it and then crashes, if I recall correctly it’s always the same error text.
