Force Sword Warp Resistance does not affect Kinetic Deflection

Issue Description:
Kinetic Deflection is supposed to scale with Peril resistance. It does work correctly with the feat Inner Tranquility, however, the Warp Resistance roll on the Force Sword has no effect in the block cost.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Play as a Psyker with one +3 stamina curio
  2. Equip a Force Sword with 80% warp resistance roll
  3. Block a Plague Ogryn charge at 0 peril and notice that peril will get to 63%
  4. Equip a Force Sword with 50% warp resistance roll
  5. Block a Plague Ogryn charge at 0 peril and notice that peril will get to 63%
