The Veteran talent “For the Emperor!” applies a buff to the player when the ult is activated.
Since update 14, the cooldown of the ult ability “Executioner’s Stance” can be refreshed again, while the ult is still active.
Re-activating the ult, while it is already/still active, should also reapply the “For the Emperor!” buff.
I tested this in the psykhanium with multiple different weapons, re activating the ult while shooting and while not shooting, as well as just activating the ult, without it already being active.
The icon of the ult itself, as well as the icon (and possibly the effect) of “For the Emperor!” do not show up consistently.
The icon of “For the Emperor!” seems to not appear, if the ult is re-activated while shooting a full auto gun.
Aside from that, i could not find any consistency in making the buffs (not) appear.
