Issue Description (Required):
Smelter Complex HL-17-36 becomes fullbright when played with fog modifier. I play with mods, but a friend who plays without them has reported the issue as well.
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
- Play Smelter Complex HL-17-36 with fog - this was played with “Fog/Only Scab/Mostly Ranged/Reduced Cooldown” Maelstrom modifier.
- See issue. Fog does not start until the mission proper starts.
