Penances
Flash Missions:
Either wrong description (should be “Operations”?)
or
Penances not “ticking” when game is started by quickplay feature, regardless if started from the beginning (as loading into the mission lobby).
After finishing new map via quickplay it didn’t count for any of the related penances.
Same here. Also the “flash” penances have zero points value.
So could we have some history on Flash missions.
On launch the Penance was there, the mission wasn’t.
Then Maelstorm mission happened, a CM said they were something different.
Later another CM said they were the new name of Flash missions, then the Penance was taken out.
And now the Penance is back, is the Penance just back-because you reuploaded Penances and it was still-in it or because it’s meant tl
I thought the flash missions might be lights out but with flashlights. One could hope
I did manually select to play the mission on damnation and I got no progress for the flash mission related penances upon completion.

So … i just earned a flash mission for playing maelstrom … 
Yep. Confirmed - Mealstorm, auric or plain.
Can confirm, just did the same.
It also collects itself and gives +0 penance points as others have confirmed.
Flash missions should be operations btw…
And we should have more missions like that (but less difficult cquse they cannot be done with randoms)
