Final escape from mission finale won't trigger until someone leaves or dies at the end

This has happened a few times over the past month or so. Maps that require you to hold off enemies or clear the room at the end won’t trigger the escape sequence even after you clear the area. I’ve experienced this on Enclavum Baross, Power Matrix, and Smelter Complex. All three instances were auric maelstroms with one of the “monstrous specialists” modifiers. Two were unusually long private games and one was an unusually short public game. Below are time-stamped videos showing exactly when this happens:

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Play one of the three maps shown above on one of the maelstrom modifiers shown above (idk if it’s related to these maps or modifiers, these are the only ones I’ve experienced it on however)
  2. Finish the end event and clear the finale area
  3. Escape sequence doesn’t trigger
  4. Run around and rage about it
  5. One player eventually kills himself or leaves the group
  6. Escape sequence finally triggers
