I’ll add my 2 cents, there should be BOTS and they should be your other levelled characters. It should be just like Vermintide 2. I want to see all my skins and play with my team of guys.
Solo was promised on release and its a reason I bought the game, please add it ASAP as then I can play the game at my own pace. It would probably even encourage me to buy more skins.
I love bots in VT2 especially when the old Improved Bot AI mod was sanctioned. It made it so I with some bots could do most missions Leggo in 12mins or Cata in 28m.
As a Note as well @Vroko I recently got a reply from Catfish in another thread over in feedback (which is where this thread belongs IMHO now the game is released) where Solo Play request is being passed to dev team again.
Its not much but hey, I took a 10 month break from this game and hoped they would have fixed my issues with it since Beta, but that isnt the case so again I will be very vocal with the CM’s regarding it.
Its one of the most requested features beyond better gearing.

I’ll be honest I’m surprised this wasn’t in the base game on rely. The tech is literally right there.
It’s like Fat Shark took all the lessons learned in V2 and tossed it all away. From careers, loots, bots, etc.

Us we’re in late 2023. Darktide is out and there are bots. We have even now human bots. This is like a bot, it acts like a bot, is as bad as is a bot (even worse sometimes) but it is an human.
About using your own bots, you can do it with a mod in the solo play (an other mod)
Yeah but they suck despite FS proven they can do way better bots.
So this is still worth discussing. Besides, what the hell else is there to talk about in this game?
There are also penances that can only completed in a private game. And what if I want to test out new blessings in action? No better argument than to allow a bot team.
You already have bots, they’re called xbox players.

Tertium 5 mod, as QoL mod for Solo Play mod. You can even have and Ogryn bot that way. Still better than bad “wannabe zealot” player that runs away and dies in exactly 15 seconds triggering encounters 3 section away
