Fall triggering incorrectly along one singular walkway

Every other walkway in this area that i tested allows the player (and bots) to walk along the ouside of the railing without triggering a fall animation, except for the one shown repeatedly in this clip:

I’m not sure if the collision doesn’t line up fully with the visiual or if the fall+hang animation requires a specific trigger and it’s clipping into the floor at this location and triggering incorrectly. I’m not even sure if there are mods that would let me see that.
