Missing Collision / Early Fall trigger

I was continuing my “test where the bots fall off the map due to navmesh issues” play through of chaos wastes and well… photo finish ending right here:

The floor clearly looks solid and the navmesh goes all the way up onto that raised section of floor. Yet the fall animation triggers before reaching the ledge causing me to fall, and the bots all instantly followed me off because they consider it valid floor too.
