Extreme low Gpu Usage Rtx 3080 (Desktop)

Issue Description:
FBetween execution and execution of the game, is randomly using only 35% gpu, other times 65%. And only sometime using 100%. I have hig end pc, with 3080, and of course when the game use 100% i have very good fps, more than 100. But normaly not using the gpu i have extreme low fps.

I am programmer and i have a lot of know about hardware. I say this to avoid questions like, have you updated the drivers, are you using the integrated gpu etc, are you configured the nvidia panel etc…

I have reinstalled the drivers with ddu, and on the first run of the game I got 99% consistently.
But when leaving the game and entering i never had that use of gpu again.

The graph hardly gets hot, normally in games it is at 83º, and it does not go above 60 in Darktide, when in idle is at 50º

I know it is a game error because on 2 occasions, I have been able to play at 100% use, with very good performance

I have never seen my GPU usage go above 1% while playing lol

task manager is not reliable for usage or clock speeds

Task manager isn’t but Nvidia overlay is and I’m experiencing exactly the same as OP with it. GPU and CPU utilisation sitting at 30-50% while delivering poor performance

My gpu is not heating,only a little bit.

I have an RTX 3080 aswell.
And i have issues aswell, it might be related to your problem.
