Executioner's Stance is a LOT weaker and restricting in practive than on paper

I agree they’re probably too kill centric. I could see this being alleviated by toughness gen keystone subnodes (like IJ does for Zealot) but those aren’t quite where they need to be for me, though I haven’t given the tag keystone a good try yet.

I find the tag keystone’s toughness regen to be difficult to notice. Possibly due to the fact it still procs off of killing and thus is really more of a ‘win more’ effect than something that will help you stabilize a bad situation. I primarily take it to power deadshot personally.

But then I do tend to only use that keystone with shout builds, so I’m not sure that how much that colors my perception. I’ll have to give it a try in an exe stance brauto build and see how lacking voice of command changes my feeling.
