Eviscerator Special, Doesn't register as backstab

Issue Description (Required):

Eviscerator special attack when striking from behind does not consistently count as a backstab.
Using the 20% ability cooldown ability on backstab I was able to reproduce the issue consistently in the Psykanium.
If this does not proc the cooldown, it may also fail to provide the optional ability of extra backstab damage.

Issue is most apparent when the strike kills the target outright.

Double reports back in Oct too, it apparently doesn’t do extra backstab dmg from stuff. Other weapons like Chainaxe reported too.
Not fun…
