shredder is a great weapon because, as the name suggests, it shreds. however, it should have a second mark, so i came up with the Crusis Mk IIV. it’s got more range and less spread at the cost of mag size and mobility. it, of course, takes the appearance of the fire waste and nightshade camo’s.
second, double-barrelled shotgun.
this sexy beast of a weapon makes wolfer himself quiver in his heretical, puss filled, traitorous booties. however, she wishes she had siblings. so i’ve come up with something to help her! meet the Anvillus Mk VI. she has a longer barrel and a stockless grip, reflecting this, she spits farther and more accurately, but she can’t be held back as easily, meaning that she’ll kick you harder and it’ll be hard to get her down.
third, plasma gun.
it is great for handling big enemies that have a lot of armor, so much so, that i actually saw a bulwark turn around and walk away from me when it saw me with one! this isn’t even a joke, that actually did happen, i laughed so hard! but, in any case, i think it’s great, but should have another option. introducing the Cyclopea Mk XVI. weaker in damage, but faster rate of fire and less ammo spent. it’d take on the appearance of the crusis nightshade and firewastes camo’s.
fourth, flamer.
it’s a good CC, no need to fear pox walkers with it, but it struggles with bigger enemies. so i decided to think up something for this! the Zarona Mk VIII flamer. you already know what it looks like, don’t pretend you haven’t noticed the pattern. it deals more damage and has a longer but uses more promethium.
flamer: I would like it to be more about area denial thing, spill promethium onto the ground to burn everything that come in this area, we NEED to have sticky flame!
plasma: perhaps it should be something like plasms rifle, but this became new weapon class not an mk
isn’t shredder becoming an IAG with this modification tho?
long double-barreled is a beautiful dream, 100% should be implemented
and if we talk about missing mks so it 100% should be psyker staffs, with more interesting primary attacks and weaker secondary ones
purgatus for example: primary attack became smol soulfireballs that ignite enemies on impact and etc. for others
This one would completely push old model out. But we already got weapon types where only one is really option.
Flamer is ok.
I would add flame pistol and plasma pistol in game, it’s both lore correct weapons, both would offfer higher mobility at the cost of lesser amount of ammo and maybe damage.
I do want some of the weapons that only have 1 or 2 models to get a 3rd one, but mostly if they’re able to do something new rather than simply being “weaker with more ammo” or inversely.
All the missing, I think it should be corrected to the current update:
Flamer:
Light variant: Charged-released Flamer, charge up a bigger gust of fire and on release cause the longer ranged gust of fire (but can’t be channeled like the Flamer or the Purgatus)
Heavy variant: Use more liquid fuel, acting as a longer range on both light attack and on the charged attack
Combat Shotgun (Same idea as the Lorenz):
Replace the buckshot with slugs (Stub Rifle)
Replace the buckshot with scattershot or Flameshot
Revolver/Laspistol/Boltpistol:
Dual wielded
As for the melee weapons, mostly having more complex attack loops on the 3rd mark, keeping the current ones as the “simpler” weapons.
