Issue Description:
The “Enhanced Target Priority” talent should allow my friends in coherence to see the yellow outlines of specials / elites when I use my Executioner’s Stance.
Steps to Reproduce:
Use Executioner’s Stance after taking the Enhanced Target Priority. Ask your friends if they’ve literally ever seen the yellow outlines. They say they’ve never seen it.
