To rule out any issues with your game files or settings, I recommend to try a clean reinstallation of Darktide - which involves deleting your AppData (please note any custom settings e.g. loadouts, keybinds, graphics etc. will be reset):
Nothing changed after that. Still getting crashes. usually with a similar 0xc000005 message.

Nothing special is going on when it crashes. It runs smooth and nice, then suddenly CTD’s. Usually during combat, but sometimes while in a menu or walking around the mourningstar.
Thanks for the update, though sorry to hear the crashes are persisting. It appears to be a generic Access Violation crash for which our general crash solutions may be of help, here:
Otherwise, if you still experience these crashes after troubleshooting with solutions above, it may be helpful to try switching to our Experimental Build.
This Darktide build version includes subtle changes that we trial, some of which focus on stability and performance - so you may have a more positive experience using it.
To do so:
Open the Steam client
Right-click Darktide in your Steam library
Select ‘Properties’
Select ‘Betas’
Enter the password cTYPtKTsfMDsLHAV
Select ‘Check Code’
Select the ‘None’ dropdown, and experimental - Experimental Builds should now be within the list
