Just kill yourself inside the keep with Battlewizard. There are a lot of spots where you can teleport below the respawn wall. Falling causes you to die.
After dieing switch hero and you will spawn downed inside the keep, if you dont have natural bond on. It is a fun unintended feature. 
oh wow I knew about those spot’s but didn’t realize you could switch characters and it would do that, thanks for the info!
