Issue Description:
A power cell can clip through the stairs just before the first event on Enclavum Baros, softlocking the mission
Steps to Reproduce:
Dropping the power cell on the upper part of the stairs in the provided picture. Not sure about the exact location or if it can happen on any part of the stairs.
