If I max out electokinetic Force Staff to tier 4 of each blessing I still have 4 blessing points left over at level 20. The main masteries menu will show blessing points pending to be spent
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
- get staff to level 20 mastery level\
- spend blessing points to get all blessings to tier 4
- see you have extra blessing points left over
