Is there something that’s missing for a blessing regarding the “Electrokinetic Force Staff” ??? I maxed it out and it’s my only weapon that keeps showing that I have mastery points for it but I can’t put them towards anything?

It is same for me. I have 6 instead if 4. I suppose it is a bug.

Some weapons have too many skill points given at max mastery. Devs already noted and will fix it for next patch.

I have the same thing on this same staff
having the same issue on multiple items I think… I maxxed out all of the blessings… and yet the dot of shame remains -_-
What if they add new blessings in the future.
Electrokinetic staff is only staff with 1 less blessing than other staves.
Possible after 2 or 3 vacations (if you understand what I mean).
