While using Shivs MKIII, the blessing Flesh Tearer IV (X Bleed Stacks on Critical Hit) along with Talent Coated Weaponry ( Melee Critical Strikes infect enemies with 1 stack of Chem Toxin, both DoTs do not appear to be applied correctly while in the Psykhanium (and presumably during a mission). Only the Chem Toxin seems to apply. I switched to the MKI Shivs to test and it seemed to randomly apply EITHER the bleed OR the toxin, not both. Not sure if this is a bug or intended.
