Had a Chaos Spawn Boss event after start of event before first barrel placed on legendary quickplay.
I’ve never seen it before, not sure if bug or not.
Doors were not open yet and event was not finished
It’s a super rare trigger, same as the trigger near the last event, in the tower of Horn of Magnus.
Same as Monster during end event of Righteous Stand ; though I’ve never seen it in Legend.

I’ve seen the righteous stand boss on both legend/cata.
I’m assuming its an AI director bug too
Righteous Stand always spawns a monster on Catacylsm. It can spawn outside of the temple, though, depending on the location of the player who has aggro when it spawns. Then it can’t path inside.
