That’s… quite strange! Karak Azgaraz is a free DLC that is available for all players. I’ve also checked your account in the backend and can see Karak Azgaraz is present under your active DLC’s.
Can you please try restarting Vermintide 2 and check again?
Karak Azgaraz levels should be available to select from the Keep map, here:
Khazukan Kazakit-Ha! will be the third available level. Have you completed the first two levels?
