Didn't return to the keep after mission. Stuck at score screen

We had just completed Garden of Morr. Instead of returning to the keep I got stuck at the score screen, while the music kept looping over and over. After nearly ten minutes I decided to Alt+F4 out of the game. I was the host.

This has happened to me before, albeit VERY rarely.
