i did havoc 40 early this week the momnent the weekly got reset im still havoc 26

You get only 5 lvl for doing havoc with 10 or more lvl gap.

Not a bug, assignment rank has been reworked in Season 2

It no longer updates to the highest level beaten after a week

Instead, you get +3 ranks if you beat a mission 10 levels higher than your Assignment, +2 if 5, and 1 if less
