Issue Description:
Deflector blessing does not apply the block cost reduction. It doesn’t matter if you have Kinetic Deflection on or not.
Steps to Reproduce:
Pick a sword with Deflector and another without, notice no difference while blocking. Or just check the video in supporting evidence.
