Issue Description:
Had two teammates aggro a Daemonhost in the square area just before the dropdown onto the bridge leading to the finale and die. We backtracked slightly to try to get more favorable spawns. I did not see them respawn on the UI but continued to the finale anyway to try to find them there, and that was empty.

Screens from another run, just to show where things happened. There’s nothing to show from the finale area, the players just weren’t there until at least one of them alt-f4ed and came back, then they could be rescued.
