"It’s probably a bug, but if I’m not mistaken it’s not that hard to trigger. I’ve done it twice with Grail Knight. I haven’t tried it with other careers, so maybe it’s a GK bug, not sure.
Once you get Dazh’s, you have to kill 2 specials/elites in a single hit (both of them should die to the melee hit, not the explosion damage). This is easy if you’re using something like Executioner’s sword which can 1 shs elites.
First, kill something that isn’t a special/elite to get rid of the buff. Then look for specials/elites that are stacked together (packs of gasrats from chest of trials, leeches that teleport on top of each other, etc) and try to get a double kill. I think this is what triggers it, but in both cases I continued killing stormvermin (I even ulted a bunch of them) before noticing that the buff became permanent.
It doesn’t carry over to the next map. You’d have to trigger it again. But it makes the finale a f*cking cakewalk because it also staggers bosses. Just kill the horde around the boss and that boss will eventually die from the explosion damage."
If you cleave a patrol as GK you’re pretty much unlimited for the rest of the map.
