DH’s are triggering with nobody near them or any interaction, not even doing their rising animation, just “hi there have at you from the next room cos reasons!”
They’re also spawning into the map with no audio or visual until a HP bar just appears at the top and they just come through a wall or something.
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
Play a map on Damnation and above seems to be the buggiest. Happened twice in one map for us (hourglass)
