[CW] [Buff] "Miracle of Isha" does not work

Issue Description (Required):

When buying the Boon “Miracle of Isha” in a Shrine the Boon will not be activated when the last player is knocked down.
This has been observed in a solo game with bots. I can’t tell if the Boon works with a full group of players.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. load the game
  2. Enter the Pilgrimage Chamber
  3. Start a Chaos wastes game Solo
  4. Play through the chaos wastes game until you enter a Shrine
  5. Buy the Boon “Miracle of Isha” at the Shrine
  6. Continue the pilgrimage
  7. Get knocked down in the following level
  8. Notice how the player will not get his health restored and none of the nearby enemies will be struck down as it should.

Yes, and I’ve tried disabling them
