Issue Description:
I was unable to skip the cutscene. my player character icon/name/class was showing in the skip cutscene area(bottom left) instead

Finished mission and was back in the hub and was given the “Obey cutscene”

Once so far, hope it isn’t ever cutscene after this patch…
