Issue Description:
In shop where you can scroll down, using the mouse wheel makes the cursor disappear after a second.
GPU : AMD 6900
DETERMINING FACTOR : AMD ENHANCED SYNC activated
Not sure it happened before this patch ?
Conditions :
- Borderless fullscreen mode
- AMD ENHANCED SYNC
- It persists happening re launching the game / restarting computer
Issue disappears deactivating enhanced sync.
Steps to Reproduce:

- Open weapon shop.
- Scroll down
- Cursor disappears
- alt tab brings it back
- repeat
Linked to AMD enhanced sync.
Issue persists across game restart when it happened once.
Issue persists across computer restart.
