Crashing when try too switch too dlc heroes

Hi,
I’m getting an error when i try my new dlc heroes… have reinstalled, verify cache ect.
Please help, or it a waste of money for me :frowning:
Having: 2080ti, i9 10900k, 32gig ram.
Every drivers up to date. ¨
This is the error.
