I believe there may be a conflict occurring with your display adapter between your 3070 Ti Laptop GPU and AMD Radeon Graphics.

Can you please try the following:

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Vermintide 2
  4. Open your user_settings.config file
    5.Find the setting named adapter_index
  5. Change this setting value to adapter_index = 1
  6. Save your user_settings.config file
  7. Launch Vermintide 2 as usual

Failing this, please try a clean reinstallation of your GPU drivers next:
