Crashing after story missions, during cinematics

While playing through the new story missions, I finished the first few missions without issue but then started crashing during the post-mission cinematic pretty much every time. The cinematic plays for about ten seconds and then crashes - if I try to skip the cinematic, it goes to a loading screen but then crashes anyway.
